Return and Refund Policy

At ATIN Apparel's, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@atincrew.com with your order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Not Returnable in the offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Flat 25% Discount) are not eligible for returns due to size or color issues.
  • Products purchased during sales (Festive, Clearance Sale) or with coupon codes marked as Not Returnable (such as BUY2 or FLAT25) are not eligible for returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or wrong items.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Initiate a Return - Contact our customer support via WhatsApp at 9461054234 or email us at support@atincrew.com with your order details and the reason for return.

Approval of Return - Once your return request is approved, we will send you further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Pack the Item - Securely pack the item in its original packaging along with any documentation and return it as per the instructions provided.

Ship the Product - Send the product to the address provided via the return shipping label. You may also arrange your own courier, but shipping charges for non-defective items will not be covered by us.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Order - Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's UPI ID.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us  via WhatsApp at 9461054234 or at support@atincrew.com.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
